What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting and leading lessons across the school, working 1:1, in small groups or with full classes.
* Taking the initiative with lesson delivery and pupil engagement.
* Collaborating with teaching staff to create exciting and inclusive learning environments.
* Helping raise standards, nurture confidence, and unlock potential.
* Possibly overseeing other support staff and contributing to their growth too.
What We're Looking For:
* A qualified HLTA with a passion for education and child development.
* Someone confident to teach across the curriculum, manage behaviour positively, and lead with initiative.
* A team player who's reflective, professional, and keen to make a lasting impact.
Working Hours:Monday-Friday, 08:30-16:00 (With a 45-minute lunch break and staff meetings included)Term Time Only
