This SEN TA role in Redbridge will begin in January 2026, with full induction and training arranged prior to January 2026. The SEN TA will provide tailored support to pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs, ensuring they are fully included in classroom activities. As a SEN TA, you will work closely with teachers to deliver targeted interventions, support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and help children develop confidence and independence.
