Are you an experienced Office Administrator who is looking for a change of setting to somewhere busy, exciting and vibrant?
Aspire Health and Care are recruiting a Home Administrator. As a Home Administrator you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Home Manager and ensure the effective operation of administrative systems and processes.
We are looking for an excellent communicator, both written and verbally and will preferably have experience in a similar administrative role, can work on their own initiative and maintain confidentiality, have compassion and a caring demeanour and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. Have knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and have a genuine interest of working in a caring environment.
Experience of working in a mental health setting would be an advantage, but not essential as your knowledge and skills as an experienced administrator are the most important aspect we are looking for.
The role involves a number of duties some of these will require you:
To provide administrative services including diary management, booking meetings and appointments.
To provide administrative support to the Manager and Senior Team as required.
To be the first point of contact by answering telephone enquiries effectively and professionally, receiving and relaying messages.
To be able to work to a high standard of accuracy.
To devise and operate admin systems in support of functions within the Home.
To undertake record-keeping activities utilising both electronic and manual systems.
Assisting with the maintenance of effective filing systems including service users' files and personnel files for each colleague.
Managing company correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
To order and maintain stationery and products used by the home.
To produce complete and accurate notes/formal minutes and co-ordinating the circulation of information and action points immediately following the meeting.
To be able to prioritise your workload and to work to deadlines.
To be responsible for an organised and effective archiving process.
Cross site working with our home in Beeston will occasionally be required.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an administrator with good IT and communication skills.

Starting salary :£23,810/annum increasing to £24,495.00/annum upon completion of a successful 6 month probation period.
