Join to apply for the Enabling Support Worker role at TipTopJob. Location: Bognor Regis. Salary: GBP 12.65 per hour. Hours per week: full and part time. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role (salary requirements set by the Home Office are not satisfied).

The organisation is recruiting for Enabling Support Workers who are passionate, talented, and capable of delivering caring, community-minded support. The residential care home is on the seafront, close to the town centre, with state-of-the-art equipment and trained staff. They also offer disability and rehabilitation services, wellbeing and respite stays, and work with people in the community and in their own homes.

Note: The service provides five designated rooms on the second floor; the first floor is a residential care service for adults with disabilities and the ground floor houses communal spaces for socialising and dining.

Responsibilities

* Provide support and encouragement by taking direction from the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
* Maintain accurate records at work in line with service requirements.
* May be required to administer personal care and medication.
* Cover sleep-in sessions (additional GBP 60 per sleep-in).
