Job Title: System Sales Development Manager (Rockfon)
Location: We are seeking a System Sales Development Manager to join the team at Rockfon. This is a field-based role and is offering full-time permanent employment.

What you will be doing:
1. Supporting the wider sales team with Mono Acoustic & system specifications
2. Supporting the sales team in identifying new installer networks
3. Offering project support to installers around the Mono acoustic practical (on site) after sales
4. Managing the Rockfon Technical Trainer while offering support by assisting in set up and covering for holidays etc.
5. Ongoing development of the Mono Acoustic & system training centre offer/ courses.
6. Participating in the commercial strategy of monolithic solutions for the UK & Ireland
7. Providing commercial support to deliver the Mono Acoustic sales budget
8. Providing competitor and market intelligence to stakeholders
9. Leading the CIMA/IAMA network for UK & Ireland
10. Proposing IAMA action plan (technical letters & newsletters) and working closely with UKI marketing team
11. Organising internal training with a view to continuously improving the skills of Rockfon employees
12. Looking at ways of improving the Rockfon Monolithic offer to the market
13. Communicating with both local and central Rockfon functions
14. Establishing sales forecasts according to department requests
What you bring:
15. Knowledge of interior construction
16. Previous experience in a commercial based role
17. Continuous improvement mindset
18. Capable of organising your own time effectively
19. The ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
