This specialist day school local to you is currently seeking 2x teaching assistants to join their team. This role is needed due to an increase in pupil enrolment from April 2024. This school is committed to offering all students a personalised education and learning journey and for this reason is committed to all year round recruitment. You should not be worried about joining this school in the middle of the academic year, this school is an award winning training school and is recognised for its incredible onboarding and career development of all staff. This school is seeking 2 determined, kind and resilient individuals to join their support team. Your role as a teaching assistant is to support in the delivery of a broad curriculum. Your work with a teacher and 2 others TA's supporting approx 6-8 pupils. You're responsible for supporting students on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis with educational activities. In addition you also support the students with social skills, life skills and outdoor and physical activities.
