In the exciting and fast paced medical devices market that is Head & Neck, specifically within the Craniomaxillofacial & Neuro specialty, you will be responsible for maintaining existing business while at the same time identifying and developing new sales opportunities in both Maxillofacial & Neuro accounts. Our comprehensive consumables portfolio features maxillofacial rigid bone fixation systems, biomaterials, porous polyethylene implants, microdissection needles, neuro closure and patient-specific implants to address a wide variety of surgical specialties and procedures. You will be working closely with an experienced Sales Manager and develop fostering strong relationships with key opinion leaders. You will take an active part in customer education in the field, supporting the sales manager to achieve greater customer engagement and commercial success. You will actively pursue business opportunities to grow Stryker business in targeted accounts, and always display exemplary customer service and patient focus.
Ideally, you will live in the Manchester or Leeds Area. 75% of the job will be in the North West of England and 25% in North East and Scotland.

What you need
1. B.A. or B.S degree ideally in a science or business-based subject or equivalent experience
2. An interest in anatomy and physiology
3. Some clinical, sales or business experience would be advantageous
4. Natural ease to take ‘ownership’
5. A coachable mindset, you embrace growth
6. Ability to demonstrate your drive and desire to succeed and win.
