We are looking to welcome a Fulfilment Operations Manager in IKEA, known as a "Team Leader," to lead our In-store Fulfilment Operations Team in Bristol.
Your remit will be to ensure excellence in the daily running of the fulfilment operations by assigning duties to co-workers, communicating objectives, and coaching and developing the team.
WHAT WE OFFER
This role offers a starting salary of £30,000 per annum, based on competence & experience.
39 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, including alternate weekends.
Working hours will support the needs of the business, flexible between 6:00-22:00.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
* Relevant experience in retail and/or logistics
* Minimum 2 years leadership experience with proven success
* Business-minded with customer focus
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
* Lead the Fulfilment Operations team to ensure high goods availability and operational readiness at low cost
* Recruit, develop, and retain diverse talents in the team
* Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
* Ensure effective daily operations, meet seasonal demands, and contribute to local business plans
* Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives
