We're opening an exciting new 38-cover small plates restaurant inside Worthing's iconic Art Deco Pavilion, perched at the end of the pier with panoramic sea views. Intimate in scale but ambitious in vision, every service will feel personal — a chance to deliver premium yet affordable food and drinks against the backdrop of stunning sunsets and bird murmurations.
Our open kitchen will showcase the very best seasonal produce, crafted into modern British small plates that are vibrant, creative, and full of flavour. With a cocktail bar, carefully curated wines, great music and low lighting, we're creating a space defined by our vision: warm, refined hospitality with heart. Where every detail matters.
We will be soft launching the concept, giving our opening team the chance to help shape the restaurant from the very beginning. This is a rare opportunity to influence the culture, standards, and guest journey before the full launch.
We're looking for a General Manager to be the face of the venue, leading our front-of-house team and working closely with the Head Chef and Mixologist to bring this vision to life. You'll set the standard for service and ensure every guest feels the magic in both the big moments and the smallest details. This is more than management — it's leadership with soul.
