Channel Development Manager
The Role: As a Channel Development Manager, you will be working remotely covering an area in the North of the UK which incorporates North England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. In this role you will be selling a range of telematics products & solutions such as dashcams, GPS trackers, and it's associated software packages which are designed for commercial vehicle fleets. Your route to market will be through the 'channel', this means you'll be identifying, onboarding, and managing re-seller partner relationships across your area. These businesses are typically companies who are already engaged in the commercial vehicle fleet market such as insurers, garages, or asset finance businesses.
As a Channel Development Manager, you will take a multi-channel outreach approach to onboard new channel partners, utilising face to face meetings, trade shows, and cold calling methodologies where necessary. You'll be supported by marketing who can help you with onboarding materials for your resellers, account managers who can help take them on long term, and by the fantastic network of 250+ installers across the UK who will work with you & your resellers to install the products to their end clients.

Candidate Requirements
6. 2+ years in B2B reseller sales model, identified, brought on, and managed reseller relationships
7. Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Strong CRM proficiency.
10. Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
11. Ability to communicate complex product offerings clearly to non-technical audiences.
Location: Liverpool, Preston, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Belfast
Package: £45,000 - 47,000 basic salary DOE, Company Car Allowance of £6,000, Uncapped OTE (year 1 average £10k) paid monthly, pension, laptop, phone, 25 days holiday
