As part of this commitment, our Customer Team based in Warrington is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their growing team. You’ll play a key part in managing customer and client enquiries, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to the highest standard.
What will your day look like…
1. Be responsible for managing an array of customer and client enquiries via telephone, in person, website and email channels.
2. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained for both external and internal Customers and Stakeholders through feedback channels, such as surveys and WOW Awards.
3. Ensure that all client and customer operational requirements are met professionally and efficiently, by managing your time effectively and prioritising contacts accordingly.
4. Maintain and update customer and company/client information databases, ensuring all issues are recorded thoroughly and escalated appropriately.
5. Take ownership of tasks including the resolution of any issues that might arise.
6. Manage the resolution of customer complaints within given timescales, adhering to company KPIs and SLAs.
About you…
1. Experience of working in a customer service role.
2. Experience within the Utilities sector is desirable but not essential.
3. Good People Management Skills.
4. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbally.
5. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. Full Driving Licence.
7. Customer Service-related qualification or equivalent.
8. Ability to work under pressure, think clearly, and act decisively.
