Role: Buyer - Fashion and Athleisure
Location: Leeds (Colton) – 2 mins from M1 J46 / 20 mins from Leeds Station
Salary: 40-45k + excellent benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours, flexible hours. 1 day working from home

What you’ll be doing
* Driving the development and growth of fashion and performance ranges.
* Managing the critical path across multiple product categories and global suppliers.
* Negotiating costs and building strong supplier relationships, including potential overseas travel.
* Presenting ranges confidently to directors and the wider team.
* Monitoring stock and trading performance, reacting quickly to market changes.
* Partnering with design on new product development to build profitable, exciting ranges.
* Supporting wholesale with key account buys and data accuracy.
* Completing seasonal analysis, pricing frameworks and lessons learned reviews.
What we’re looking for
* Minimum 5 years experience in fashion buying at a similar level.
* Strong commercial acumen and a love for product and fashion.
* Excellent negotiation, organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
* A proactive problem solver who works well under pressure.
* Confident with Microsoft Office; relevant degree preferred but not essential.
