Our client are a global consultancy looking to recruit a Recruitmnent Compliance Coordinator to join their busy Birmingham team.

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a detail-driven, process-oriented to support their Compliance & Referencing Team, ensuring every placement meets the highest compliance and professional standards.
This role pivotal role is responsible for managing all aspects of candidate verification, compliance, and assessment processes.
You will work closely with senior consultants, clients, and external assessors, ensuring all due diligence and referencing activities are completed with accuracy, efficiency, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Undertake Right to Work checking process, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and data protection standards.
2. Administer due Diligence process for all placements, including background checks, reference gathering, and verification of qualifications and employment history.
3. Conducting regular compliance audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to maintain operational excellence.
