Key Responsibilities
*
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and statutory requirements
*
Lead, mentor, and develop a strong staff team to deliver consistent, high-quality care
*
Develop and maintain individualised care and support plans
*
Work closely with families, social workers, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children
*
Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring financial accountability
*
Monitor, evaluate, and improve service performance and care quality
*
Maintain accurate reports, records, and documentation in line with company policy
Key Requirements
*
Proven experience managing a children’s residential home
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
*
Strong leadership and team management skills
*
In-depth understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and regulatory compliance
*
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
*
Organised, detail-focused, and confident in problem-solving
*
A child-centred approach with commitment to promoting positive outcomes
*
Full UK driving licence preferred
