Role: .Net Developer / Architect
Mode of Employment: Permanent
Can consider candidates who are ready to travel or relocate to Bristol office 2 days a week (Must)

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage cross‑functional Agile teams across the full software development lifecycle
* Ensure alignment with business goals managing product backlogs and sprint deliverables
* Technical Delivery Oversight: oversee the design, development and deployment of scalable applications using NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Angular, React, SQL Server and Azure
* Ensure seamless integration of AIML models into NET‑based applications collaborating with data scientists and ML engineers
* Drive the adoption of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑native architectures
* Stakeholder Client Engagement: act as the primary point of contact for UK‑based clients ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals and timelines
* Translate business requirements into technical deliverables ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
* Governance Quality Assurance: monitor project KPIs, manage risks and ensure compliance with security, data privacy and AI ethics standards
* Implement quality assurance practices including automated testing, code reviews and performance monitoring
* Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices, technical skills and AI integration strategies
* Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
Technical Skills
* Backend: NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, Entity Framework
* AIML: Azure Cognitive Services, ML.NET integration with Python ML models
* Tools: Git, SonarQube, Postman, Swagger
