Role overview

3 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Location:Osterley, Greater London

Salary:Up to £30,000 DOE

Working Hours: 0800 to 1700 Monday to Friday

Role overview: To provide administrative and operational support for the Facilities function by managing building services, maintaining accurate records, coordinating contractors, handling employee facilities requests, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

About the role

What you'll do:
4. For day-to-day duties, the role will report to the Sky Spaces Senior Manager, Facilities Strategy and Performance, working in collaboration with the Sky Spaces Facilities and Operations Team.
5. You will maintain all digital libraries, ensuring accurate filing and data management.
6. You will support the development, maintain and promote FM process best practice across the Facilities Management Team.
7. You will co-ordinate the delivery of a broad range of internal process improvement works and will help develop and embed systems, processes and information captures, to enable the team to enhance the operational performance.
8. Assist in co-ordination of asset information, O&Ms, and as-built drawings and ensure the central facilities library is accurate and up to date.
9. You will support the tracking of project budgets for the team, collating the budget and actual spend for all areas, driving conversations about prioritisation, risks and opportunities.
10. Provide regular updates on owned project delivery and risk.
11. Track record of delivery management and agile delivery methodology.
12. Maintaining the centralised operations library and O&M database.
13. Utilise network and influencing skills to ensure everyone is delivering as required to hit project milestones.
14. Support facilities leadership to manage their priorities.
Who you'll be:
15. Proactive self-starter who can spot opportunities for improvement.
16. Must have previous facilities management experience, working in a fast passed property team.
17. Project management qualification, skills and understanding of agile delivery methods.
18. Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
19. Great at building relationships both within and outside EMCOR UK and Sky Spaces.
20. Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
