We’ve just been appointed Construction Technical Excellence College (CTEC) for the South West – an exciting initiative to accelerate the development of construction skills across the region. With our growing reputation and massive increase in apprenticeship and 16-19 provision, we’re looking for a passionate, professional and experienced Deputy Head of Faculty to lead the team.

What you’ll be doing
* working with the Head of Faculty to steer our direction, maintain outstanding results and foster exceptional industry partnerships
* driving forward the quality of our 16-19 and apprenticeship curriculum delivery
* supporting and challenging the team
* working with the Faculty Coordinator on teaching cover and support
* some teaching (it’s vital to know what students are experiencing and feeling)
