Wellbeing Manager: Projects Hours : 37 hours per week Salary : £33,050 to £35,570 (Salary dependent on skills, experience and knowledge) Contract: Permanent Base: Osney Mead, Oxford We are currently looking to recruit to the above role and would really welcome applications for it. If you feel they do, please tell us how you meet the below requirements: Knowledge and understanding of mental health issues, and the needs of people living with mental health problems Knowledge and application of good practice in safeguarding Children and Adults Experience of providing leadership and/or management Experience of external networking and internal collaboration with colleagues for the benefit of service provision Experience of managing risk Building strong professional relationships Self-awareness and ability to reflect and learn from own experiences and those of others Able to work well as part of a team and on an individual basis Knowledge/Understanding of our values Please ensure that you match your skills and experience against the above and provide details and evidence of this in your application.
