An exciting opportunity for an estate agency Sales Negotiator with some previous experience, to join a respected local estate agency in East Molesey. Offers strong career progression, supportive culture, and a competitive earning potential.
This role is ideal for someone with property experience or a background in sales, seeking a long-term career with genuine progression.
You’ll be working in a collaborative and supportive environment, engaging directly with buyers and sellers, and playing an integral role in the sales process. Applications are welcome from experienced Negotiators or candidates from a customer-facing sales background keen to enter the property sector.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Registering and qualifying new applicants
* Arranging and conducting property viewings
* Providing feedback and maintaining vendor relationships
* Negotiating offers and agreeing property sales
* Assisting with progressing sales through to completion
* Generating new business and identifying valuation opportunities
* Cross-selling related services
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Previous experience in estate agency or a similar sales environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle essential
* Basic IT skills including Microsoft Word and email
