We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Clerical professional to join our team. Reporting directly to the Stock & Admin Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our administration department. Your expertise will support day‑to‑day operations and help drive efficiency across the business.

What You’ll Do
* Support daily operations: Assist the administration department through pinch points and provide cover for sickness and holidays.
* Manage workforce planning: Oversee timesheets for each shift, authorise holidays, and ensure adequate cover to maintain performance.
* Customer Service oversight: Monitor and investigate queries to deliver timely resolutions.
* Stock control: Participate in stock take setup and compliance, liaising with Warehouse Team Managers to support operational clerks.
* Order processing: Ensure efficient order capture and timely handling of late picks.
* Invoice management: Release store invoices within agreed timescales.
* Team leadership: Supervise and develop direct reports, conduct annual appraisals, and manage disciplinary/grievance matters in line with policy.
* Health & Safety: Oversee workplace safety standards and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a clerical or administrative leadership role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
* Knowledge of HR processes and Health & Safety compliance is desirable.
* A proactive approach and confidence in decision‑making.
The working days and Hours for this role are 2pm-10pm Sunday - Thursday
