To support the next phase of growth, they are seeking a Marketing & E-commerce
Manager. This is a rare opportunity to lead marketing across multiple businesses while
playing a central role in building a brand-new e-commerce venture from the ground up.
The Role
This is a hands-on, strategic position with real scope to shape outcomes. You'll set the
digital strategy, manage delivery, and ensure measurable results – balancing long-term
brand building with performance-driven marketing. You'll be central to the launch of a new e-commerce platform, ensuring it delivers
commercially while aligning with wider sales objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
• Managing the development and optimisation of a new e-commerce platform in
partnership with external providers.
• Designing and delivering targeted digital marketing campaigns across multiple
channels.
• Driving visibility, traffic, and conversion through SEO, paid media, and content.
• Collaborating with commercial and product teams to ensure product listings
and content are accurate, engaging, and effective.
• Using analytics to track performance and refine campaigns for improved ROI.
• Supporting sales growth by generating high-quality inbound leads through digital
activity.
What We're Looking For
You'll be an entrepreneurial marketer with strong e-commerce and digital expertise,
comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and able to bridge strategy with
hands-on delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, ideally within B2B or
distribution sectors.
• Track record of managing product-driven websites or online marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, social media campaigns, and
analytics tools.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to balance creativity with performance
metrics.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and IT/ERP teams.
