As the Technical Account Manager (TAM) you'll be partnering Enterprise clients, solving their tech challenges and making recommendations.
The platform is a Mobile & Web Testing needing Testing experience. Ideally you'll have some coding experience too, but we're not looking for a Software Developer, we're looking for someone who can support the client, editing and writing test scripts in Selenium / Appium and who has a basic understanding of Java, JavaScript or Python.
Risk Mitigation

You'll be able to address Risk from an early stage, helping create action plans to reduce this risk, which in turn improves
Customer Retention
.
You will partner the customer and help them along their journey, allowing them to hit their customer goals and milestones, providing a good ROI.
Tech experience required
:
* Software development experience using Java, JavaScript, Python, C Sharp
* CI / Automation Technologies such as Appium, Selenium, Jenkins, Maven, TestNG, JMeter
