We're looking for a technically capable and customer-focused IT Field & Support Engineer to join our growing technical team.
About the Role
In this hands-on role, you'll be the primary point of contact for on-site IT installations and support across client sites, working closely with our Lead Engineer. From installing network infrastructure and new hardware to responding to incidents within SLAs, you'll play a key part in delivering gold-standard service to our customers.
Responsibilities
* Visiting client sites to install, configure and maintain IT infrastructure (network equipment, hardware, software)
* Responding to on-site incidents and providing technical support
* Scheduling and managing site attendances and project work
* Supporting the central helpdesk team with remote end-user support
* Completing site documentation, asset audits and administration
* Assisting the sales team with site surveys and pre-sales recommendations
Qualifications
