Deafblind UK is seeking a Registered Manager to take operational leadership of our Supported Living Services; an exciting opportunity which combines people leadership, service delivery, and regulatory compliance to create truly person-centred, outcome-focused support. Role As our Registered Manager, you’ll: Lead, inspire and develop a team of Care & Support Workers and Team Leaders. Ensure our services meet and exceed CQC requirements, fostering a culture of openness, quality, and continual improvement. Build strong relationships with customers, families, professionals, and commissioning authorities. Oversee staffing, rotas, budgets, and resources to deliver safe, effective, and empowering support. Be a visible and hands-on leader, ready to step in, solve problems, and drive positive change. About you We’re looking for a passionate, resilient, and values-driven leader who is: People-centred, inclusive, and committed to delivering personalised support. Creative and proactive, able to find solutions and drive continuous improvement. A confident communicator and role model, with strong organisational and leadership skills. Flexible – able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and on-call duties as required. With experience of: Managing regulated services within a CQC framework. Leading, supervising and motivating support staff. Financial management and rota planning. Building effective partnerships with families, professionals and commissioning bodies.
