As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing lessons during teacher absences. This includes managing the classroom, delivering pre-prepared work, and ensuring students remain focused and on-task. While you won’t be expected to teach new content, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning and a calm, purposeful environment.
