An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Support Manager within Community Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Substances Misuse Services for the Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership. This is an interesting and diverse service and the successful candidate will provide a varied support role for the Substance Misuse Service including day to day management responsibility for the admin & clerical staff, operational tasks and project work on behalf of the Support Management Team.
Candidates should be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience. Management experience of staff would be essential. Excellent communication skills, minute taking, health & safety knowledge and Substance Misuse experience are all essential for this post. Use of NHS systems including Datix, SSTS, Boxi, DAISY, Neo and Trakcare would also be desirable but not essential as training will be provided. Proven experience of organising/planning workload, self-motivation in the production and delivery of reports and ability to take own initiative and prioritising tasks are required for this post.
