We’re working with a well-established UK-based financial services group renowned for its long-term approach and specialist expertise across lending, savings, and securities. With a strongmitment to service and relationships, the organisation operates within niche markets and maintains deep industry knowledge to deliver tailored financial solutions. We are partnering to recruit the permanent role of Internalmunications Manager, to be based primarily at their Brighton offices but with both hybrid home working and regular travel to other UK offices.
Your new role
This is a varied and hands-on role for an experienced Internalmunications Manager, responsible for shaping and delivering clear, engaging messaging across the organisation. With a strong focus on copywriting, the position involves producing high-quality editorial content on topics ranging from strategic direction to transformation initiatives and operational change. Acting as the business owner of thepany intranet, you’ll champion employee engagement and collaboration, while also supporting keymunication channels and events such as Town Halls. The role requires close partnership with HR, Marketing and project teams to ensure messaging is consistent, well-informed and aligned to business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring substantial experience in internalmunications, with a proven ability to craft clear,pelling content tailored to diverse audiences. Strong written English is essential, alongside the versatility to write persuasively, analytically and creatively depending on context. A sound grasp of project and programme methodologies is required, as is confidence working with senior stakeholders and translatingplex, sensitive material into accessible language. The role suits a creative and articulatemunicator with excellent listening skills, strong planning and organisational capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.fort working independently and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are also key. Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration would be advantageous.
What you'll get in return

You will work primarily from their brand-new Brighton offices with excellent facilities, 3 days a week, but with some travel required to other offices across the UK.
