Working in our fully equipped, climate-controlled SMART repair facility, you will use your technical skills and experience to repair paintwork, bumpers, and minor body damage to the highest standards.

Highlights of what you will do in your job
- Carry out SMART repairs on customer and used vehicle stock, including paintwork, bumper scuffs, and small dent removal
- Prepare vehicles for repair, including sanding, masking, and priming
- Mix and apply paints to match original finishes
- Maintain high productivity while meeting our strict quality standards
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Manage your own workload efficiently, meeting agreed deadlines and targets
- Keep your work area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Support colleagues in the wider aftersales team when required

Essential job criteria
- Location: Lexus Swindon
- Full UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Relevant SMART repair or body shop experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining efficiency and quality
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in SMART repair or automotive body repair
- Knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques
- Experience working to efficiency and productivity targets
- ATA accreditation desirable but not essential
