The Opportunity This is an entry-level sales role designed for ambitious graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in orthopaedic medical device sales. Reporting into the South regional team, you will support Territory Managers, Business Development Managers and Clinical Specialists while gaining hands-on exposure to theatre, surgeons and the full sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: Support regional sales activity across South England & London. Attend theatre lists and assist with procedure support and logistics. Build product and clinical knowledge across the hip and knee portfolio. Develop relationships with surgeons, theatre staff and hospital teams. Support account planning, follow-up and CRM administration. Participate in product training and professional development programmes. Represent the business professionally in all interactions. About You Essential: Degree educated (ideally biomedical, life sciences, physiotherapy, sports science or similar). Recent graduate or up to 1 years experience in medical devices or healthcare sales. Bright, motivated and able to absorb complex technical information. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Full UK driving licence. Desirable: Exposure to orthopaedics or the operating theatre environment. Strong interest in building a long-term sales career.
