Job Description:

Intuition is seeking a high-performing Sales Associate to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the Life Sciences Learning Technology and Managed Services sector globally. Reporting to the Global CTO, this role involves identifying new sales opportunities, building strategic relationships, and leveraging expertise to succeed within the Life Sciences Industry. Responsibilities include market research, client consulting, solution selling, and collaboration with partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales record in dynamic environments, be highly driven, innovative, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting. Experience in the Life Sciences industry is essential.

* Prospect and identify new sales opportunities in North America.
* Generate new business and manage existing accounts.
* Leverage contacts within the Life Sciences industry for business development.
* Engage in solution selling, pricing, and closing deals.
* Analyze competitors and market to identify growth opportunities.
* Build relationships with senior managers in major Life Sciences institutions.
* Understand and solve business problems through a consultative sales approach.
* Collaborate with sales support and account management teams.
* Liaise with the Chief Commercial Officer to define opportunities.
* Achieve personal sales targets.
* Oversee account development and profitability.

The successful candidate will:

* Be proactive in sales, including cold calling and networking.
* Have proven sales experience, especially in solution selling within Technology or eLearning sectors.
* Possess strong personal drive and a passion for developing new products and services.
* Work independently to meet and exceed targets.
* Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
* Manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
* Maintain a strong client service ethic.
* Have analytical skills to produce and interpret reports for strategic decisions.
* Be a dedicated team player.
