Salaried GP in Lerwick GP Practice (Ref: 236498)
Substantive post, up to full time (40 hours) available (part time applications welcome). Salary £83,950 – £125,157 per annum (depending on experience) (including 2% local supplement) plus distant island allowance of £2,482 per annum (all pro‑rate for part time positions). Relocation assistance up to £8,000 available.

Join our ever growing MDT in Lerwick, working closely with in‑house pharmacist, physiotherapist, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Community Mental Health team and Community Nurse team, all located within the same building.

Responsibilities
* Provide primary GP care to residents of Lerwick and surrounding areas.
* Work as part of MDT, including pharmacist, physiotherapist, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Community Mental Health and Community Nurse teams.
* Contribute to clinical learning and governance sessions once per week.
* Develop special interest and support voluntary out of hours rota.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Registered with GMC, valid NHS GP contract.
* GP with a special interest that you would like to develop.
* Preferred candidates will be required to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update prior to a formal offer of employment.
