Overview
Location: THE PIG - in the Cotswolds, Barnsley, Cirencester, GL7 5EE
Salary: £30,000 per annum (OTE £31,780 including tronc), plus 5% commission on treatments & 10% on retail.
Hours: 40 hours per week, over 5 days.
Our Head Therapist is the perfect mix of hands-on treatments and team leadership – inspiring our therapists to deliver the warm, high standards THE PIG is known for.
Our Fieldhouse is the heart of wellbeing, with five treatment rooms, a sauna, steam room, nail room, outdoor heated hydrotherapy pool, garden terrace, and relaxation room.
Discretion, care, and pride in your work are essential, ensuring guests feel truly relaxed throughout their treatments and downtime.
When our Head Therapist is not in treatments, you’ll be the one keeping things running smoothly: from bookings and rotas to stock, promotions, and recruitment.
We’re after someone confident, guest-focused, and experienced in a similar role, with CIDESCO or CIBTAC qualifications.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day spa operations in the absence of the Head Therapist, including bookings, rotas, stock, promotions, and recruitment.
Qualifications
CIDESCO or CIBTAC qualifications and experience in a similar role. You should be confident, guest-focused, and capable of leading by example.
