Workshops & Training : Lead job clubs and skills sessions that prepare clients for the workplace, from CV writing to interview prep, ensuring they're job-ready.
Long-Term Mentorship : Provide ongoing support that helps clients not only secure a job but thrive in it, building confidence and workplace resilience.
Upward Career Focus : This isn't a stepping stone or stopgap - we're searching for advisors on an upward career journey, driven to grow and excel.
Proficient with data management systems and modern communication tools, including MS Office 365.
