Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:45 PM

Job Description:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support children with autism and ADHD. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in the educational and social development of students.
* Providing one-on-one support to children with special educational needs.
* Collaborating with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
* Supporting students in developing social skills and managing behavior.

* Genuine passion for supporting children with autism and disabilities.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
* Excellent communication skills.
Experience:
* Previous experience working with children with autism and ADHD is essential, including personal experience.
* Experience in a school or nursery setting is preferred.
Qualifications:
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Nursery Nurse qualification is preferred.
Additional Information:
* You will support small classes of 6-8 children.
* We provide extensive in-house training and free online training via our learning platform.

All pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This role is temporary, with potential for permanent placement later.
