Interim Finance Director : Exciting Hospitality Opportunity

We are partnering with a high:growth, multi:site hospitality group seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to join the Management Board during a pivotal phase of expansion. The Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the Groups finance function, guiding strategic decision:making, managing lender relationships, and strengthening the finance team. Key responsibilities include:
* Full P and L, cashflow, and covenant management
* Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and capex governance
* Leading statutory accounts, audits, and compliance
* Providing commercial insight to support operational and strategic initiatives
Ideal Candidate
* Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with FD or Head of Finance experience in multi:site retail/hospitality
* Expertise in cashflow management, lender negotiations, and covenant compliance
* Hands:on, commercially minded, analytical, and skilled in team leadership
* Confident communicator with Board:level influence
