Description
You will oversee and manage a team of customer service advisors providing line management as well as supporting the team to deliver excellent results
Motivate and lead the team to ensure that an excellent service is delivered
Coaching and development of the agents
Work closely with senior management to drive potential changes around process and procedure
Undertaking probationary reviews and monthly 1 to 1 meetings
Equipping the team to manage and organize their workload to ensure targets are reached effectively
Dealing with any escalations and investigating accordingly
Providing management information and reporting on all aspects of team activityProfile
Previous team leader experience ideally have worked within a professional services environment
Strong people and performance management skills, including mentoring and developing teams
Customer focused with a strong commitment to client care and providing a friendly and helpful first-class service
Able to work in a volume fast paced regulated environment
Set the standards in terms of the company culture and standards of excellence
Job Offer
