IT Manager - Outside IR35Location: London (hybrid)VIQU IT has a customer who are seeking an experienced IT Manager to support day-to-day IT operations during a critical period of business change, including a multi-company merger.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone already operating at IT Manager level, who can step in and take ownership from day one.
IT Manager role Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main liaison between internal stakeholders and external IT service providers (MSPs)
* Manage business-as-usual (BAU) IT operations across global offices
* Own and drive ongoing IT projects, ensuring delivery and stakeholder alignment
* Handle escalations, approvals, and issue resolution across IT services
* Coordinate with end users, managing expectations and resolving issues efficiently
* Execute IT policies and ensure operational compliance
IT Manager skills/experience required:
* Proven experience in an IT Manager role
* Strong background working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
* Hands-on Technical awareness/capability within a Microsoft environment
* Experience owning and delivering IT projects
* Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks, ticketing systems, and escalation processes
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
The successful IT Manager must be able to work 2 days a week onsite in London.
