Location: Warrington, Cheshire
Position: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.44 per hour for a 40-hour contract, with shift times from 0800-1900 and alternate weekends.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a kind, caring, and motivated Head of Hospitality to lead our hospitality team. You will organize and supervise Hospitality Assistants and Care Assistants to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for residents, including meal service, cleanliness, and setup. The role involves managing rotas, training, and supervision of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure high standards of hospitality service.
* Support and assist visitors.
* Communicate any individual resident requirements to the Chef.
* Follow cleaning schedules and HACCP procedures.
* Adhere to training protocols.
* Maintain records such as cleaning schedules, work sheets, and fridge temperatures, ensuring HACCP paperwork is complete.
* Manage, allocate duties, and supervise the hospitality team.
* Coach staff and support their ongoing development.
* Promote safeguarding and the welfare of adults in contact with the post holder.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience as a Dining or Restaurant Supervisor is essential.
* Experience in a care setting is desirable.
* Effective communication skills are essential.
* Participation in home-organized activities is required.
