This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious organisation near Maidenhead as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. You will work 30 hours per week, with flexibility in how those hours are scheduled, providing essential support across projects, diary and inbox management.
Salary £45,000 per annum (pro rata).
The role requires someone with strong experience in luxury hospitality and events, as you will support the MD across multiple commitments, including delivery of high-end guest experiences, strategic growth initiatives, and oversight of a large estate and senior departmental teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide full EA support to the Managing Director including diary and inbox management
• Assist in planning, executing and completing projects, coordinating with teams to meet deadlines
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations and reports
• Arrange meetings, manage agendas, presentations and take minutes
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Build strong relationships with the MD, leadership team and external partners
About You
• Proven EA or senior administrative experience with project support expertise
• Experience working in luxury hospitality or high-end events is essential
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship skills
• Proactive, adaptable and confident managing multiple priorities
