Construction Project Manager (Life Sciences – Sterile Environment) Location: On-site, Dunstable Contract Length: 12 months initially Overview: We are supporting a confidential client in the life sciences sector with a major renovation project at their Dunstable facility, following significant flood damage. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the full scope of refurbishment and reinstallation works in a sterile medical environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage construction and renovation activities across the site. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and third-party suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Oversee compliance with sterile facility standards and life sciences regulations. Provide regular progress updates and risk assessments to stakeholders. Ensure alignment with project milestones, budgets, and quality expectations. Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience. Proven track record in sterile or cleanroom environments (e.g., medical, pharmaceutical, or biotech). Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working full-time on-site in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
