We are seeking a Production Print Colour Systems Consultant to join Sharp’s technical support team.
The role involves:
Providing internal and external training and technical support for production print colour systems, following industry best practices. Responding to incidents, end user support, and training requests, including triage, analysis, and resolution related to production print hardware, Fiery products, and associated software. Assisting with and advising on the installation of production print systems and software solutions within Sharp's channels.
Supporting our sales teams with product demonstrations and working with customers to optimize product performance, color management, and document workflow.
Collaborating with Sharp’s Marketing team on product specifications for new market entries.

Responsibilities:
* Act as a point of contact for production print support, resolving incidents, problems, and service requests for hardware and software.
* Log, update, and monitor incidents using service management systems, adhering to defined service levels.
* Train and upskill the Service Department’s production print engineers.
* Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues effectively.
* Coordinate with third-party suppliers to support all solutions supplied.
* Follow up post-resolution to ensure user satisfaction.
* Support production print solutions in the showroom environment for marketing and pre-sales teams.
* Collaborate with product managers and pre-sales teams during new product launches, including reviewing documentation and support processes.
* Analyze resolution trends to prevent future issues.
* Utilize online resources for updates and troubleshooting.
* Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach at all times.
* Support flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of production print products, especially EFI solutions.
* Proven technical problem-solving skills.
* Deep understanding of reprographic workflows, Adobe Graphic Arts, and EFI color management tools.
* Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
* Ability to build relationships with resellers and customers.
* Flexible approach to work responsibilities.
* Effective planning and organizational skills.
* Analytical problem-solving ability.
* Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally overseas.
