Youll oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of complex electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.Core duties:Supervise and safely carry out commissioning activities for strategic weapon systemsDemonstrate exemplary Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) behaviours at all timesOversee and advise on installation of system equipmentProduce and review test documentation and proceduresConduct testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance (preventative and corrective)Record test results and maintain detailed equipment performance logsRepresent the company at training events and technical discussions across the UK and USASupport sea trials, including potential work onboard submarines and shift-based activitiesYour skills and experience:HNC (or equivalent) in an Electrical discipline, or relevant experience desirable for Engineer levelExperience in testing and commissioning electrical/electronic systems desirable for EngineerKnowledge of installation and testing of fibre optic interfaces (advantageous)Awareness of authorised documentation and test standardsExperience in electrical installationsThe Strategic Weapons Test & Commissioning Team:Youll be part of a team delivering some of the UKs most complex and critical defence projects.
