What you'll do:
* Lead on technical sales enquiries related to valves and engineering solutions, ensuring accurate quotations and tailored customer support.
* Manage high-value projects from enquiry to delivery, providing expert input on valve selection, specification, and applications.
* Develop and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry knowledge to generate growth.
* Handle complex customer issues, quality concerns, and technical challenges with confidence and precision.
* Provide feedback and reporting to the General Manager, supporting continuous business improvement.
* Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

* Proven experience in a Technical Sales Engineer role, ideally within the valves, flow control, or related engineering sectors.
* Strong technical knowledge of valves and associated applications.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
