Customer Service Administrator – HM Naval Base, Portsmouth, PO1 3HH
Overview
Role: Customer Service Administrator. Location: HM Naval Base, Portsmouth, PO1 3HH. Hours vary with shifts: Wednesday and Thursday 8:30am–4:30pm, Friday 7:30am–3:00pm; 22 or 1 day per week depending on position. Salary: £13.71 per hour. Responsibilities
* Allocate sports and accommodation bookings
* Answer incoming calls to HMNB Portsmouth Helpdesk and respond promptly
* Liaise with internal and external customers
* Maintain excellent client/customer relationships
* Assign all queries to appropriate manager through SMS system
* Process information with discretion and strict confidentiality to comply with data protection and security requirements
What You Bring
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
* Ability to build relationships at all levels within the organisation and externally with subcontractors and the client
