Daily Rate: £168 – £215 per day
About the Role:
As the EYFS Class Teacher, you will be responsible for leading a Reception or Nursery class, delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences that meet the needs of all children. You will play a key role in supporting their development, building early language and social skills, and ensuring a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS framework

Create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment
*
Observe and assess children’s progress, keeping accurate records
*
Support children's personal, social, and emotional development
*
Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to meet individual needs
*
Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support home–school collaboration
*
Ensure safeguarding and health and safety standards are upheld at all times
*
Promote positive behaviour and routines that support early learning
The Ideal Candidate Will:
*
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
*
Have recent and relevant experience in an EYFS setting
*
Be confident in delivering the EYFS curriculum
*
Have excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Be committed to inclusive practice and supporting a range of learning needs
*
Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and nurturing approach
*
Understand safeguarding responsibilities within an early years environment
