The Role: We are looking for an analytical and detail-orientated individual with a focus on delivering quality solutions to join Kubus and act as a hands-on technical lead for the Transformation programme – designing, building and integrating scalable, secutir and automated systems across our CRM, ERP, ITSP and middleware. What You’ll Be Doing: Technical Leadership (Lead Hands-On Delivery) Act as Kubus’ senior-most engineering authority across CRM, ERP, ITSM and integration platforms – while remaining actively hands-on in design, development and delivery. Set engineering standards covering coding quality, securing, testing, branching, CI/CD and documentation. Provide technical leadership in solution shaping with PMs, Bas and Integration/Data teams. Support governance forms (PMO, SteerCo input where required) with technical advice, risks, options and dependencies. Solution Design, Delivery, Administration, and Operation Lead solution design for Salesforce, NetSuite, Halo ITSM and associated middleware, ensuring alignment to Kubus’ operating model and security standards. Produce technical designs and architectural artefacts (e.g. data flows, integration patterns, API schemas). Validate requirements with Bas and PMs, ensuring that solutions are feasible, maintainable and minimise technical debt. Contribute to cross-platform architecture decisions with Integration Manager and Data Lead. Development, Integration, and Automation Build and customise applications across: Salesforce – APEX, LWV, SOQL/SOSL NetSuite – SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow Halo - .NET/C#, REST, APIs, PowerShell General – JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, Git, DevOps tooling Develop APIs and middleware for integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and Halo, including the use of third-party solutions (e.g. MuleSoft). Build automated workflows and data migrations to remove manual effort, reduce errors and improve operational efficiency. Ensure all solutions include appropriate logging, monitoring, error-handling and rollback strategies. Delivery Partnership Work closely with Programme Managers to translate business outcomes into technical plans, estimates, delivery timelines and risks. Collaborate with Bas to ensure clarity in user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows. Partner with SMEs in all departments to ensure solutions support real operational needs. Coordinate with third-party developers or integration partners, providing oversight and quality assurance. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Maintain the stability, performance and reliability of Kubs’ core systems through proactive monitoring and optimisation. Drive continuous improvement for the development function including reusable components, standardised patterns and automation-first thinking. Lead of participate in post-implementation reviews, ensuring that learnings feed into the engineering playbook. What We’re Looking For: Required Technical Skills: Salesforce: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL. NetSuite: SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteCloud, RESTlets, SuiteTalk. Halo: .NET/C#, REST API, PowerShell. General: JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, Git, CI/CD tools. Integration Expertise: REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms. Business Intelligence: Tableau, data transformation, automated data pipelines. Azure DevOps. Cross-Platform Skills: Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Understanding of inheritance, abstraction, and design patterns. Integration: Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable integrations across CRM, ERP, ITSM, and BI platforms. Cloud & SaaS Knowledge: Understanding multi-tenant architectures and API governance. DevOps Practices: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (Git). APIs and middleware integrations (REST) between SFDC, NetSuite, Halo, and MDR, including the use of third-party solutions (e.g. MuleSoft). Agile methodology experience. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring ability. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II. NetSuite SuiteFoundation and SuiteCloud Developer. ITIL Foundation (for ITSM best practices). Experience 8 years in software development, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. Proven track record in multi-platform integration and business transformation projects, specifically in Salesforce, NetSuite, and Halo. Attributes Analytical and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality solutions. Collaborative and communicative – able to partner effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment. Commercially aware and curious about how technology underpins business performance.
