We’re recruiting an Employee Relations Advisor — a great opportunity for experienced Retail Operations or Store Managers from large, fast-paced environments who have strong ER experience and are ready for a career move into HR.
This hands-on role sits between our Head Office in London and Distribution Centre in Biggleswade, supporting both retail and warehouse teams with day-to-day employee relations and people support. The company is a London-based British fashion brand, known for offering women's clothing. The brand is often described as providing high-quality, trend-led pieces at an affordable price point, focusing on versatile wardrobe staples.
The role
• First point of contact for employee relations queries across retail and warehouse teams
• Coaching managers through investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance matters
• Supporting onboarding, recruitment, and HR administration
• Identifying trends in absence, turnover, and performance
• Building strong relationships across operational teams
• Supporting HR projects, policies, and systems
This is a brilliant step for someone with strong people management and ER experience who wants to transition from store or operational leadership into a Head Office HR career.
You, we’re looking for someone who:
• Comes from a large, high-volume retail or operational environment
• Has hands-on experience managing ER issues and people challenges
• Builds strong relationships and communicates confidently
• Wants to grow their career within HR
