National Grid is seeking a Technician based in Midsomer Norton to lead the construction, maintenance, and repair of the electricity distribution network up to 66kV. The successful candidate will manage safety and performance, restore customer supplies promptly, and ensure compliance with safety procedures. Required qualifications include GCSEs in English and Maths and a Level 2 qualification in Electrical Engineering. Training for further qualifications will be provided. This position entails standby duties and requires living within 60 minutes of the depot.
