Our client is a leading manufacturer dedicated to producing products whose quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and growth into various export markets, they are looking for a CAPEX Project Manager to join their Senior Leadership Team.
Role & Responsibilities
* Lead high‑value projects that modernise production and boost efficiency.
* Own projects end‑to‑end—from concept and design to commissioning and handover.
* Work at the heart of the action with engineering, operations, and senior leadership.
* Champion cutting‑edge solutions in automation, sustainability, and performance.
* Deliver projects that directly impact how a beloved brand is made.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Proven success delivering capital projects in FMCG or manufacturing.
* Strong engineering or technical background.
* Confident managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholders at all levels.
* Natural leader who thrives in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
* Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
* Experience in refurb, install and commissioning of machinery.
