Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture bespoke joinery items to a high standard of finish
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure projects are delivered on time
Candidate Requirements
* Demonstrable experience in bench joinery or a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Proficiency in using woodworking machinery and hand tools
* Ability to work from technical drawings with accuracy
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
